The electronics industry is an important customer group for TELESFOR. Our products are used in
many fields.
Stamped and moulded parts as housing insulation
We produce ready-to-install housing insulation from our wide range of electrical insulating materials.
These stamped parts can be self-adhesive over the entire surface or in parts.
Adhesive tapes and die-cut parts as shields in printed circuit board production
Polyimide adhesive tapes are used to produce die-cut parts of various shapes for covering during
wave soldering.
Use for marking
We use high-temperature films and adhesives that are used for labels that must withstand extreme
temperatures. Polyimide films are used here, including for example KAPTON ®
Heat conductive applications
Thermally conductive self-adhesive films as die-cut components permanently connect heat sinks to
chip packages or flexible circuits. The self-adhesive film is characterised by high immediate adhesion
and offers good electrical insulation properties and high thermal conductivity. In addition, there is a
wide range of thermally conductive pastes, thermally conductive films, thermally conductive pads
and thermally conductive adhesives.
Laser cut stencils
Stencils are laser cut from various materials, in particular from polyester film.
Spacer films
As self-adhesive spacer films, they are a particular area of subcontracting for the electronics industry.
Polyester carriers with pure acrylic adhesive in various thicknesses are used as base materials.
Precision die-cut parts are produced individually according to your drawings on a roll or as a single
item. The spacer films can also be supplied continuously in rolls of various widths.
